International Leadership of Texas hopes to bring more than 21,000 students back to campus this fall
When the coronavirus pandemic hit, International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas), a charter school system serving D-FW, Houston and College Station, was quick to adapt. In a video for the school’s virtual learning program, students can be seen doing jumping jacks in their living rooms and bedrooms as they keep up their PE classes. In a week’s time, ILTexas moved more than 19,500 students across 19 campuses in D-FW and Houston and their teachers to an online platform. But swift action isn’t the only thing that sets ILTexas apart.
In this video, which first aired on Facebook Live, host Ron Corning talks with the school’s superintendent, Eddie Conger, and chief academic officer, Dr. Laura Carrasco, about how the school is preparing students for leadership roles in the international community and how you can enroll your child.
when are the students schedules going to be posted on the ILT website?
